Haldimand to enact first-ever County Tree Bylaw

HALDIMAND—Council recently discussed the municipality’s first-ever County Tree Bylaw, which is designed to regulate the care, protection, planting, pruning, removal, and stump removal of trees on Haldimand-owned property.
