The Grand River Conservation Authority (GRCA) has a new chair and vice-chair. Chris White, Mayor of Guelph-Eramosa Township and Councillor in Wellington County, has been appointed chair and Sue Foxton, Mayor of North Dumfries Township, has been appointed vice-chair.
Both White and Foxton were appointed by the GRCA Board of Directors at the General Membership Meeting on Friday, January 22, 2021. Elections are held for both positions at the first board meeting each year. The 26-member GRCA Board is comprised of representatives appointed by the municipalities within the Grand River watershed.
