HALDIMAND—Haldimand County will spend $37.1 million in 2020 and $246.4 million over the next 10 years to update and build new infrastructure throughout the municipality, according to the capital budget discussed at a March 5, 2020 meeting.
“We’re at a point where, during budget preparations, there aren’t a lot of surprises. By planning for the long-term, we’re in an excellent position to address priorities and respond to community needs,” said Mayor Ken Hewitt, thanking County staff for their continued fiscal work.
