WALPOLE—On December 2, 2021 at 3:30 p.m. Haldimand OPP, Fire Services, and Paramedic Services responded to a two-vehicle collision on Cheapside Road near Concession 3 Road in Walpole. One of the drivers was pronounced deceased at the scene and the other was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. The name of the deceased is not being released pending next of kin notification.
