Traffic complaint leads to impaired charges

DUNNVILLE—On December 10, 2021 at 8:50 p.m. a member of Haldimand OPP responded to a traffic complaint on Main Street in Dunnville.

As a result of the investigation, a 34-year-old of Dunnville was charged with the following:

  • Driving a motor vehicle while impaired,
  • Driving a motor vehicle with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.

The driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and the vehicle was impounded for seven days. The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
