JARVIS—Once again, thanks to the residents of Jarvis, the 2021 Food Drive for the Jarvis Lions was a huge success. On Saturday, December 4, 2021 members of the Jarvis Lions, along with volunteers, picked up food donations and took them to the Jarvis Caring Cupboard. Several pickup trucks and SUVs were needed to collect the food. In addition to the donated items, the Jarvis Lions donated $1,000 to the food bank to assist with purchasing turkeys for their Christmas hamper program. The Lions thank everyone for their generosity to help others in need. —Photo courtesy of the Jarvis Lions.
