DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP responded to a disturbance on February 4, 2022 at 9:21 p.m. on Cross Street in Dunnville.
As a result of the investigation, police have charged a local resident with:
- Criminal Harassment – Beset and watch complainant (two counts),
- Uttering Threats – Cause death or bodily harm (two counts)
- Failure to Comply with Undertaking (two counts)
The accused is to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
