HAGERSVILLE — On April 1, 2022 at 10:11 p.m., a member of Haldimand OPP observed an unplated vehicle travelling on Haldimand Road 20 in Hagersville.
A traffic stop was initiated and as a result, the OPP has charged the accused, of Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, with Operation while Prohibited under the Criminal Code and Drive motor vehicle with no plates under the Highway Traffic Act.
The driver’s licence was seized and the vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga at a later date to answer to the charges.
