HALDIMAND — Haldimand-Norfolk MPP Bobbi Ann Brady is encouraging area Grade 7 and 8 students to sign up for the Legislative Page program.
This unique program allows students to become involved in Ontario’s parliamentary process, meet key figures, and make lifelong friendships with like-minded peers.
“This is a great opportunity for students from the riding to learn more about the Legislative process,” Brady said. “The grounds of Queen’s Park are rich with history and add to the experience of getting to understand the inner workings of parliament.”
More information can be found on the Ontario Legislative Assembly website at the following link: ola.org/en/visit-learn/programs/about-page-program.
The one provison is students must have a place to stay in the GTA or a reliable way to travel to the Legislature daily.
If you have any questions, please contact the Page Program at pageprogram@ola.org or give the program a call at 416-325-7457.
