HALDIMAND—A seminar on mandala rock painting was held Saturday, September 10, 2022, led by Haldimand Horticultural Society (HHS) member Barb Matten. Eleven ladies enjoyed their morning of painting rocks for themselves, as well as some for the recently made pollinator garden in the Burke Estates Park in Caledonia. These rocks were labeled with the names of the plants that are growing there, for example woodland fern, New England aster, sneeze weed, swamp milkweed, nodding onion, and tall coreopsis.
