
FISHERVILLE—The Haldimand Plowmen’s Association has a new Agricultural Ambassador. Abbey Cocking of Fisherville has been awarded the title of 2022-2023 Haldimand Queen of the Furrow. Abbey is a graduate of Cayuga Secondary School and has just finished her diploma of Business-Agriculture at Algonquin College. She has 11 years of 4-H Experience with many of her completed clubs in the agriculture fields, which will help her go far in this ambassadorship role. She also has previous experience in representing the Plowmen’s Association as she was the 2016-17 Haldimand Princess of the Furrow.
