HALDIMAND—On June 12, 2023 the Cloverbuds joined all Haldimand 4-H members for the Judging Event (above left). The Cloverbuds made everyone smile with their enthusiasm, willingness to participate, and great questions. The members said, “it was very, very fun!”, “loved getting to say my reasons,” and “the food was the best part!” We met again on Wednesday, June 14 at the farm of Isabel and Glen Miller to learn about Miniature Horses (above right). Isabel, Debbie Lishman, and four members of the Miniature Horse Club explained to the members how to care for the horses, what tools to use, and how to properly treat your horse. They also demonstrated how to show the minis and lead them in an obstacle course. Thank you to all who made this a great night for the Cloverbuds. It was “very cool!”
