It is with great sadness that the family of Darlene Mary Johnston (nee Snider) announce her peaceful passing. Beloved wife of Kevin Johnston for 45 years. Special daughter-in-law of Janet Johnston. Deeply missed and loved by her children Linda Johnston (Travis Schweyer) and Ian Johnston. Cherished nana of her grandchildren Mercedes, Porscha, Lincoln, Kaylee and Evan. Dear sister of Ann Kollee, Shirley Wran, Marlene Thompson. Sister-in-law of Darrin & April Johnston, Brian and Julie Morrison and Karie Johnston (Trevor Owens). Aunt to many special nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents William and Helen Snider, father-in-law Glen Johnston, siblings Bill, Gordie, Bernie, Sharon, and Peter. She was a very special person and could make anyone laugh. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, playing Bingo, going on drives, and the casino. The love she had for her family and friends was precious. Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses and Haldimand War Memorial Hospital and Walker Cancer Clinic who helped with her care at Niagara Health Hospital.
