It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Harold Hoover on Saturday October 11, 2025 at the age of 80. Born in Dunnville, ON and raised in Rainham Centre, ON. He was an avid reader and accomplished wood worker. He enjoyed his time as an Oddfellow (Cayuga Lodge) and was an active member of St. John’s No.35 Masonic Lodge (Cayuga). Retired from Stelco LEW in 2004. Harold is survived by his beloved wife Diane (McFarlane) of 60 years; sons Rodney and Scott (Vanessa); grandchildren Tristen (Ayodeji), Jordan (Jen), Nadine, Samantha and Jane; great-granddaughter Averie. Harold was predeceased by both parents Orloff and Gertrude (Nagel), siblings Wray, Joyce and Keith. Harold leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter and many countless memories.
