DUNNVILLE—The little United church on the outskirts of Dunnville is continuing a pandemic-era tradition with a takeout perch fish fry. Launched as a way to give people a special meal at home, Bethany United Church member Brenda Van Ravenswaay said the first event served 400 suppers direct to customer’s cars. This year’s supper sold out at 207 meals, with people coming from near and far to enjoy the meal. The church gave great appreciation to RJS Catering for cooking and for the many great volunteers who helped prep, pack, and serve the meals.
