CALEDONIA—Following their initial blocking of the Highway 6 bypass at Argyle Street South in Caledonia on February 10, 2020, protestors returned to that site and a second site on the north end of the bypass on February 24. A demonstration also closed the  intersection at First Line in Hagersville February 25.

The demonstration began around 3:15 p.m. Monday in Caledonia and 3:10 p.m. Tuesday in Hagersville. Previously, the blockade was made by a couple of vehicles and ended in under five hours. This time in Caledonia, a wall of wooden pallets was constructed across the road and those involved had set up an RV, a metal barrel for fires, and a pile of wood under a tarp.
