County to raise wage for staff position to help retain workers

HALDIMAND—Haldimand County staff have recommended a hefty wage increase of an additional $8 an hour on top of the current job rate of $33.75/hour for the position of Development Technologist in the Planning and Development department, a position the County has recently had difficulty filling.
