Haldimand residents hit the ice for free skating

HALDIMAND—Cue the Charlie Brown skating music! Residents across Haldimand laced up their skates and hit the ice to enjoy one of their favourite pastimes over the holiday season and into the first weekend of the new year.

CALEDONIA—Residents of all ages are strapping on their skates to enjoy free fun on the ice, from public skates to drop-in shinny games. Hundreds of residents could be found at the Caledonia, Cayuga, Dunnville, and Hagersville arenas enjoying hockey or just the simple joy of a family free skate.

For more opportunities to sharpen those blades and hit the ice, check out Haldimand’s ongoing schedule of public skate options, including beginner, adult, and general public skates; children’s or family stick and puck time; and both teen and adult shinny. See the full details at bit.ly/44Ylx3z.
