HALDIMAND—The Haldimand Horticultual Society August general meeting welcomed Rob and Chris Croley from Sentimental Farms in Grimsby.
Members attending heard about their homestead – a 30-year journey of organic growing and animal husbandry. They produce 75% of the food they eat and the products they use. Rob and Chris shared some knowledge of how they live as self-sufficient as possible – a journey towards clean, trusted food, free from chemicals.

“Gardeners are the only people who willingly go outside to get dirty, sweaty, bitten and sunburned, and call it relaxing.”
