DUNNVILLE—Haldimand OPP has identified the deceased from a single motor vehicle collision that claimed the life of two people. The collision occurred on Haldimand Road 17 at approximately 3 a.m. on August 3, 2022. Haldimand County OPP, Haldimand County Fire Services and Haldimand County Emergency Services responded to the collision.
Nicole Farr, 25-years-old from Dunnville, and Clinton Boyle-Salomone, 26-years-old, also from Dunnville, were pronounced deceased at the scene.
One other person was also ejected and suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to an out-of-town hospital by Air Ornge. A fourth person in the vehicle suffered life-altering injuries and was transported to a local hospital by ambulance and then transported to an out-of-town hospital via Air Ornge.
The OPP Technical Collision Investigator Team (TCI) attended the scene and assisted with the investigation. Haldimand Road 17 was closed while emergency crews and investigators were on scene.
The Dunnville Youth Impact Centre announced a Community Drop-In for the grieving members of the community.
Victim Services of Haldimand-Norfolk-New Credit were in attendance to provide assistance with the grieving process.
