CREDIT—An individual has been charged following an investigation on Ojibway Road, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation.
On December 8, 2025 at approximately 12:30 p.m., the Haldimand OPP received a report of a mischief at a residence at that location. A 29-year-old of Hagersville was charged with mischief under $5,000 and failure to comply with a probation order. The charges have not been proven in court.
The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on January 20, 2026.
