JARVIS—Heritage Days at the Walpole Antique Farm Machinery Association (WAFMA) site in Jarvis has become a tradition of the Civic Holiday weekend, this year from August 3-5, 2024.
The event offers a variety of activities for the whole family, including equipment and machinery displays and demonstrations, tractor and lawn mower pulls, a petting zoo and pony rides, trading post, craft sale, and much more.

Heritage Days offered many activities for adults and children to enjoy, including lawn mower tractor pulls.
The Grand Trunk train station is a must-see stop since being relocated to the WAFMA site in 2017 and restored to house many historical pictures and artifacts showcasing the history of the train station and surrounding area. Local historian Bill Fess is shown in the doorway behind the railway crossing that is complete with flashing lights.
