Born December 27, 1963, Roxann passed away peacefully at her home in Tuttle, Oklahoma, on October 11, 2025, after a short illness. Roxann was predeceased by her husband, J.D., in January of this year. She will be sadly missed and forever loved by her sons, Mark and Brandon (Suzie), and her dear grandsons, Ryker, Brandon Jr., and Kyler; her parents, Lorri (Gerry) Van Engen and Bob Swartz; her sisters, Rochelle (Andy) Vanderbolt, Robin (Peter) deBoer, and Dee Ann Shumaker and Kelly Noel, both of Ohio.
Roxann also leaves behind aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews, as well as many friends. Cremation has taken place.
