CALEDONIA—A driver was arrested and charged following a traffic complaint in Caledonia.
On March 16, 2026 at approximately 12:25 a.m., an individual was arrested following a complaint of a possible impaired driver on Argyle Street in Caledonia.
The driver, a 40-year-old Caledonia resident, has been charged with the following offences:
* Operation while impaired
* Operation while impaired – blood alcohol concentration 80-plus
The charges have not been proven in court. The accused is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga on May 5, 2026.
