Three Seasons Ice Cream Parlour offering Cones for Cottonwood

SELKIRK—Three Seasons Ice Cream Parlour is offering a delicious way to enjoy a satisfying summer treat and support a Haldimand landmark as well. “A Cone for Cottonwood” will see $1 from the sale of every Black Cherry or Olde Time Butter Pecan cone donated to Cottonwood Mansion.

Mandy Everets-Sherk, who owns Three Seasons with her husband Gary Sherk, explains that she was thinking of how they could support Cottonwood when they opened last fall. At that time, long-time family friend and Cottonwood supporter Catherine Stidsen had her 85th birthday. Everets-Sherk was inspired to create “A Cone for Cottonwood” in honour of her friend.
