I had a request for cauliflower pizza crust and remembered that I had Sarah Richardson’s recipe for it, so I am sharing it here today. It is a really nice change from the traditional crust and is much lighter in calories. You can find the riced cauliflower in the freezer section of your local grocery store. When the crust is baked, simply add your favourite pizza toppings and bake for another 20 minutes or so.

I have been attending Food Fit classes at the Cypres Centre in Caledonia and have been really enjoying the new recipes. Our leader, Tanvir, gives us healthy recipes, preparation ideas, and exercises. The first session had a burrito recipe using tofu and as I had another request for a snack or luncheon dish, I am sharing the burrito recipe with you this week.

The cinnamon roll coffee cake makes a great dessert and it has a nice cream cheese topping.

With regard to last week’s pretzel bark recipe, I made another batch this past week and,  as soon as the chocolate chips spread over the top had melted, I sprinkled finely chopped baked bacon bits over the top and it was very tasty.
