DUNNVILLE—The Bethel Christian Reformed Church, located on Robinson Road in Dunnville, is closing in on an expansion that has been in the planning stages for over six years.
“I’ve been attending that church since I was nine months old, so that’s 60 years,” said Ken Zantingh, head of the church’s Building Committee. “I have children and grandchildren in that church. With COVID we’re a little derailed, but pre-COVID we were starting to grow quite extensively from the bottom up. We felt that we needed to start investigating what we needed to do to enhance our facilities.”
However, what began as a simple idea quickly became much more complicated.
